Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, so you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition you received it, unused and unworn, with its tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to present the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as information on shipping methods and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item so we can assess the issue and correct it.
Exceptions/Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customized products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the items you want is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of a new item.
European Union 14-day cancellation period Regardless of the above, if items are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and unworn, with its tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to present the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds We'll notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchange and Return Guide
We accept returns in the following situations:

Incorrect size: If the item does not fit correctly, you can request an exchange for another size or a refund.

Conditions for Accepting Returns
For the return to be accepted, the product must meet the following requirements:

- Must be returned in original packaging, with tags and any accessories included.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at suporte@yuccashoes.eu, stating your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will provide instructions for shipping the product.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange or refund within a maximum of 7 business days.
Return Costs

If the return is due to a YuccA error (wrong or defective item), we will cover all shipping costs.
- If the return is for personal reasons (incorrect size or color), the shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.
Reimbursement
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the financial services provider.
