Does YuccA ship worldwide?
Our online store currently only ships to mainland Portugal.
If you wish to place an order outside of mainland Portugal, please contact our support team , they will help you make the purchase and order for the desired location.
How do I return or exchange a product?
If you wish to activate the return and/or exchange of a product, consult our Exchanges and Returns manual.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Our delivery services in mainland Portugal are made within 3-5 working days from confirmation of purchase of an item.
If you purchased an item from our store and it did not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team .
I'm looking for a size that isn't available
If the size you are looking for is not available or shown in our store, please describe your situation to our support team by indicating:
- Model you are looking for
- Color you are looking for
- Size you are looking for
Our team will be happy to help you find the right product for you.
Return Costs
- If the return is due to a YuccA error (wrong or defective item), we will cover all shipping costs.
- If the return is for personal reasons (incorrect size or color), the shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.
Can I cancel my purchase after it has been made?
Cancellation is only possible in less than 24 hours.
YuccA uses express delivery for its orders, so orders are often processed the same day. If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact our support team .
What size should I buy if I'm in doubt?
If you are not sure what size to buy, don't rush, contact the support team , they will always be available to guide you in your purchase so that you can buy the right shoe for you.
